Pinzu（以下「当方」）は、SORYNO の公式サイトおよびメールでのお知らせ（メールマガジン）を通じてお預かりする個人情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。
要点だけ先に。当方がお預かりするのは、メールでのお知らせにご登録いただいた場合のメールアドレスだけです。公式サイトにアクセス解析も広告も置いていません。お名前・ご住所・お電話番号・お支払い情報をいただくことはありません。配信の停止はいつでもでき、停止と同時に登録を削除します。

2. お預かりする個人情報
メールでのお知らせ（メールマガジン）
ご登録いただいた際に、メールアドレスのみをお預かりします。お名前その他の入力欄はありません。
公式サイト
当サイトには、アクセス解析・広告・外部の計測用スクリプトを一切設置していません。Cookie も使用していません。
お使いのブラウザに、選ばれた表示言語（日本語 / English）だけを保存しています。これはブラウザの中だけに残るもので、当方を含むどこにも送信されません。ブラウザの設定から削除できます。
製品の配布（BOOTH）
製品の配布・購入の手続きは、BOOTH を運営するピクシブ株式会社が行います。BOOTH にご登録の情報は同社が管理し、同社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。クレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報が当方に渡ることはありません。
当方は BOOTH の管理画面を通じて注文情報を確認できますが、2026年8月27日時点では無料版のみを配布しており、注文の記録はありません。
3. 利用目的
お預かりしたメールアドレスは、次の目的にのみ使用します。
- 新しい製品のお知らせ
- 既存の製品の更新（アップデート）のお知らせ
- 価格を変更する場合の事前のご案内
- 不具合が見つかった場合のお知らせ
- 上記に関するお問い合わせへの回答
これ以外の目的には使用しません。目的を変更する場合は、変更後の目的をご本人にお知らせします。
4. 第三者への提供
あらかじめご本人の同意をいただくことなく、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で、ご本人の同意を得ることが難しい場合など、法律で認められた場合を除きます。
お預かりしたメールアドレスを、名簿として販売したり、他社の宣伝のために貸し出したりすることは一切ありません。
5. 外部のサービスに任せていること（委託）
メールをお送りするために、次のサービスを利用しています。個人情報の取り扱いについて契約を結び、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

アメリカ合衆国は、個人情報保護法 第28条第1項にいう「日本と同等の水準にあると認められる制度を有している外国」には指定されていません。当方は同社との間で個人データの取り扱いに関する契約を締結しており、これは同法施行規則 第16条第1号に定める基準（提供先において法第4章第2節の趣旨に沿った措置の実施が確保されていること）に該当します。同社が講じる措置に関する情報は、ご請求をいただいた場合にお知らせします。
※ 配信サービスを変更する場合は、このページを更新してお知らせします。
6. 保管する期間
メールアドレスは、配信を停止されるまでお預かりします。配信停止の手続きをされた場合、または当方がメールでのお知らせを終了した場合は、速やかに削除します。
配信の停止は、お送りするメールの下部にある「配信停止」のリンクからいつでも行えます。手続きに理由の説明は必要ありません。
7. 安全管理のために行っていること
- 個人情報を取り扱う者は代表者1名のみで、その範囲を限定しています
- 配信サービスの管理画面には、推測が困難なパスワードと二要素認証を用いて接続しています
- メールアドレスの一覧を、業務用の端末に保存しません
- 利用する外部サービスとの通信は、すべて暗号化された経路（HTTPS）で行います
- 不要となった個人情報は速やかに削除します
8. 開示・訂正・削除・利用停止のご請求
ご本人は、当方がお預かりしている保有個人データについて、開示・内容の訂正・追加・削除・利用の停止・第三者提供の停止を請求できます。
下記の窓口へメールでご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認させていただいたうえで、遅滞なく対応します。手数料はいただきません。
ご請求に対して、その全部または一部にお応えできない場合は、その理由とあわせてお知らせします。

10. このポリシーの変更について
法令の改正や取り扱いの変更に応じて、このポリシーを見直すことがあります。変更した場合は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更を行う場合は、メールでのお知らせでもご案内します。
Pinzu ("we") handles the personal information entrusted to us through the SORYNO website and our email updates (newsletter) as described below.
The short version. The only personal information we hold is your email address, and only if you sign up for our email updates. Our website carries no analytics and no advertising. We never ask for your name, postal address, phone number or payment details. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing deletes your record.

2. What we collect
Email updates (newsletter)
When you sign up we collect your email address only. There is no name field or any other field.
This website
This site contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party measurement scripts whatsoever. It does not use cookies.
Your browser stores only your chosen display language (Japanese or English). That value stays inside your browser and is never transmitted anywhere, including to us. You can clear it from your browser settings.
Product distribution (BOOTH)
Downloads and purchases are handled by BOOTH, operated by pixiv Inc. Information you register with BOOTH is controlled by pixiv Inc. and governed by their privacy policy. Payment details such as card numbers never reach us.
We can view order information through the BOOTH seller dashboard. As of 27 August 2026 we distribute free versions only, and there are no order records.
3. Purpose of use
We use your email address only for the following purposes.
- Announcing new products
- Announcing updates to existing products
- Giving advance notice of any price change
- Notifying you if a defect is found
- Replying to enquiries about the above
We use it for nothing else. Should the purpose change, we will notify the individuals concerned of the revised purpose.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except where permitted by law — for instance where required by statute, or where disclosure is necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and obtaining consent is difficult.
We never sell your email address as part of a list, nor lend it out for another company's promotions.
5. Processing entrusted to external services
We use the following service to send email. We have a contract in place covering the handling of personal data and exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision.

The United States is not among the foreign countries designated under Article 28(1) of the Act as having a personal information protection system equivalent to Japan's. We have entered into a contract with the provider governing the handling of personal data, which satisfies the standard in Article 16(1) of the Enforcement Rules (assuring implementation of measures consistent with the intent of Chapter IV, Section 2 of the Act). Information on the measures taken by that provider will be supplied on request.
Note: if we change email provider, we will update this page.
6. Retention period
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, or if we discontinue our email updates, we delete it promptly.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of every email we send. No explanation is required.
7. Security measures
- Only one person — the proprietor — handles personal information, and access is limited accordingly
- The email service dashboard is accessed with a hard-to-guess password and two-factor authentication
- We do not store email address lists on working machines
- All communication with external services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Personal information that is no longer needed is deleted promptly
8. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use
You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of the retained personal data we hold about you.
Please contact us by email at the address below. After confirming your identity we will respond without delay. No fee is charged.
If we cannot fulfil all or part of a request, we will tell you and explain why.

10. Changes to this policy
